Over Easter weekend, my family all got together and we had our chance to say goodbye to BeBe.
We all met up in Boerne, and scattered her ashes on the land that used to be our ranch.
Its now a subdivision, but fortunately there is a nice entrance to the subdivision with a fair amount of open land.
She joins my grandfather, whose ashes we also scattered there when I was in eighth grade.
It was bittersweet, seeing everyone together again.
Everyone shared special remembrances of BeBe, Doc, and the ranch.
We know she is in a better place, at peace and not in pain, and with the love of her life.
And we know how happy they both are seeing us all together, and with all the new additions to our family.
We love you, BeBe and Doc.
Its wonderful to think of you together, forever and always, on the ranch that we all loved so much, and which was such a part of all of our lives.
